Hello, my name is Analyn. I am a fully qualified Counsellor and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

As a Person-Centred Counsellor, I am warm, caring and empathic. I do not judge or make assumptions about what is going on in your life. I believe you are the expert on yourself and sometimes we can lose ourselves due to personal issues we had or have experienced, and we just need support in unravelling the tangles created along the way. I am here to be with you in your journey. In supporting and offering unconditional understanding, you and I can learn and discover who you are now.

I take my time to get to know you, without assumptions or prejudgments, you can feel safe to just comfortably be you.

There are times in our life when we need a space to talk without the fear of judgement. To be able to confide your personal struggles to someone, without the fear to hold back due to what is acceptable in society’s eyes.

Counselling can offer you the breathing space to work towards getting to know yourself, and your own journey towards self-growth, acceptance and love for you.

I offer a warm, confidential and welcoming space for you, where you'll be able to discuss your problems and difficulties.  My face-to-face sessions are conducted from private premises in Kings Langley (WD4), with a secure and discreet entrance and available parking.

If you live outside Hertfordshire and wish to work with me, please send me a message and we can arrange Online sessions.
